Hello,
This coin has been acquired directly from the mint in 2017 when released.
I noticed that there is many marks that I think it is struck throughs specially a big one on the horse nose.
But on the right side there is also many line marks too.
What do you think about the spots and lines are they errors or damage ?
If errors can it get error domination from major grading company ?
Thx

You'd need to double-check but I thought that some of the bullion stuff from The Royal Mint was sold in bulk so it might be damage, but I'm not sure. That said, proofs should be reasonably well struck and the lines around St George like imperfections on the surface to me.

in reality it was bought as a proof on the few first day of the release in 2017 on the website of the RM not as a bulk. And I didnt checked it when it arrived back then.
