I will say, for the longest time I thought QA was like a crappy CAC, but a video popped into my recommended today that changed my opinions in some ways. I really like some of the things that they're doing, specifically that if a coin fails to sticker they leave a notecard with that coin explaining why it failed. Imagine how helpful that'd be if TPGs did that when they called a coin counterfeit or details graded it. It's a 20 minute video, but I found it quite insightful. Is this going to entice me to submit to them, likely not. But will I make fun of them as much, no.

Interesting video but I do wonder how a coin with a bad scratch can possibly be graded MS67.

I have a 1974 mint set in original packaging which clearly has a bad scratch across the neck.

Technically, it's MS, but I think if I popped it out and sent it for grading, it would be graded AU details.

What magnification loupe do graders use ?

He likely meant a bad scratch for the grade

Would have been nice to see a close-up of the cards included of a non-stickered coin.

I've honestly thought about sending some stuff to them, just as a test. Send a few that I think would and a few that I think wouldn't, just to see what would happen
