Is something here or is this MD? I've noticed varieties that have spread to the center which is why I'm here.

The tops of the devices are showing circulation flattening. If it were a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged. They are normal sized.

On a doubled die, you will see the outer loops of the '8s' affected:

Your are looking in the centers for the spread, but there was no spread, just a bit of collapsing because the zinc is soft and the devices are a lower profile. But now, you can add this spread on the outer edges of the '8' in your search for a DDO that year. (Also the tail of the '9' as well)
