Just a severely damaged parking lot coin that spent a *very* long time under gravel in the parking lot before being found. Not a mint error or mistake. Barely recognizable as a Lincoln cent. Simply post mint damage. I doubt you can convince anyone to take it for it's face value, so sneak it into a roll when you return rolls to the bank. The silver colour is actually the zinc core showing through the damaged copper coat. Most likely below weight due to extreme damage.
