Definitely a LAM. Nice find. The die isn't involved in this sort of error, it is just a problem with the metal of the coin. The "crack" from the wheat ear to the bottom of the letters is all part of the metal flaking off.
Nice lamination example. Typically, these don't command big $$$, not even $$. Only coins with highly dramatic lamination issues will bring in enough to pay for a decent lunch.
