Yep, just one, or maybe two on my luckiest day. As for the choices, I'm definitely an EAC guy, so that covers that end of the list, just classic EAC rarities. I believe the 1831 Half Cent is the lowest mintage US coin date/denom struck for circulation. Love colonials also, but those were the only two centerpiece types that could fall within my budget; I explored other options like the Higley that proved unobtainable even in crap condition. I have an attraction to inherently rare type coins, hence the fraction reverse halves and Capped Head Left $5. The rest are just prototypical show pieces; who wouldn't want the first US Federal coin or the largest ever gold coin? Above all, I definitely want something with high prestige; I often buy obscure and unique items with tough resale prospects, and want to go in the opposite direction for my first five-figure level item and get something everyone will know. I could add a few more, like 1793 Liberty Cap or 1856 Flying Eagle, but those seem almost too obtainable; more like "what I might get with the extra if my primary purchase doesn't cost that much" than actual primary targets.
