Always on the lookout for Rabbit Ears and Roo Spews but this one is the weirdest I have seen.
It is a 2015 MOR dollar

They are die chips, not cuds.
Cuds always involve a coin's rim.

"... a cud is a marginal die break; an error produced when a piece breaks off the edge of a die and involves the rim and at least a little bit of the adjacent field of design."
Describe it as if there were no picture.
Picture it as if there were no description.

Technically kanga but for some reason here in Australia we refer to all die chip errors as cuds https://www.australian-coins.com/er...-error-coin/

... with our best known cud affectionately referred to as a rabbit ear https://www.australian-coins.com/er...llar-errors/
