Looks like doubling on "In God" and the "b" in Liberty. Maybe an rpm and doubling on the date. Especially the 2. Would like to hear anyone's opinions. Thanks

your coin looks like WMDO-001...doubled master die.

as for the date and mintmark, maybe Machine Doubling or glare?
