It's got some sort of environmental damage, like a "cup holder" coin.

to CCF. Agreed,PMD like a cup holder coin. Stained/toned from being circulated in unfriendly environment.

Thanks for the response, I thought that as well, just couldn't explain the impressions on both sides of the coin.
