Tips For Identifying Lamination Errors (1944 P Jeffy)

Alright, this is more of a general question here, but everyone loves some pictures, so I've grabbed a coin here to serve as a jumping off point. Law of averages tells me that this ain't it, but I don't really know how to look at this coin and say why it's definitely PMD.
