Alright, this is more of a general question here, but everyone loves some pictures, so I've grabbed a coin here to serve as a jumping off point. Law of averages tells me that this ain't it, but I don't really know how to look at this coin and say why it's definitely PMD.

Also, just PSA from a lurker here since I've been seeing a lot of bad reception recently to advice: This is a great forum. It's designed around education backed by facts. You're gonna hear a lot of hard truths because half of coin collecting is hoping you finally found that special one! People here get that, that's why they're so quick and straight forward in their responses. They don't want to waste your time. They don't want to give you false hope. They want you to leave the discussion having learned something, so just remember that side of things when you get that hard truth and know that we've all been there!

Looks like a lamination to me.

Nice find!

Generic laminations are often flaky.
