@baby, the spot between the N and E doesn't look like a die chip to me, but I can't tell if it is a zinc blister or something stuck to the surface of the coin. There may have been a little grease in the die when this coin was struck which cause the E of E PLURIBUS UNUM to be struck up lightly.
