Hello! New to the forum and I was going through the old coin collection I had when I was a kid and came across this penny I must have found interesting. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what I have and possibly if it's worth anything. Thank you!!

appears to be glue stuck on the coin, give it a soak in acetone and see if that removes it

@tyler,first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @adam that it looks like someone glued together Two Cents and when they were separated, the glue remained behind on this one with an imprint of the other coin. Fun to find, but not a mint error.

Thank you both for the reply, that's exactly what it was. Put it in acetone and it cleared off most of it. Thank you both for your help!
