To my eyes the top of the 7 is sloped. Top of 7 on standard coin is in line with (or slightly above!!) top of 9. This one strikes the 9.
Sorry not best quality coin.
If anyone has better then please upload to Topic.

Don't know how many have passed thru my hands without my having spotted before!!

I believe there are two different dates on the 1975 2c though from memory the reported difference was to do with the 5 - I haven't looked too closely myself.
There was a thread about it in the last month or two I'm sure.
