Oh so I have 2 Massachusetts quarters. On the One the printing is normal and the other the Massachusetts is almost flat with the coin, the 2000 is raised but the words underneath is almost level with the coin and and the U in UNITED QUARTER DOLLAR is almost non existent. P mintmark. These are alot closer to the coin then the pics show. For some reason I`m having issues with good pics. These coins are in good condition. Just some words are almost level to the face. Any help helps. Thanks

I'm having trouble seeing it in the photos, but by what you've described, you could have a weak or uneven strike, wherein part of the design doesn't get enough pressure and so doesn't show up like the rest of the design.
Grease Filled Dies can also cause a loss of detail, but the amount of loss you are describing sounds more like a weak/uneven strike to me
Unfortunately, as the pictures are currently, I just cant tell well enough to offer more help
