Extremely soft strike, but I think it eeks out a 63?

typical weaker strike for this year. surface preservations is pretty good with just a few marks, scrapes and scratches here and there. there does appear to be some deeper marks on the lower left wing though. they do appear to be displacing metal so I'm not sure how a TPG would see that. anytime I see metal displacement I typically apply the details designation. due to the lighting/shadowing its difficult to determine if the luster is broken across the cheek area. I think PCGS would slab it at MS63 due to these issues

I'm in the 63 camp, but you might want to check for VAMs. It looks like the "O" is round, not oval, but need to see it to confirm. Hard to tell scratches from die breaks at this altitude!

I've seen many 64s that look worse. I would call this a 64 with a typical O mint strike.
