Now this is one of the more unusual trade notes I have ever seen. I looked everywhere online to try to find out about these, and nothing comes remotely close to this. Since I have a knack for finding out how old things are, id guess this dates to the time range from the 1850s through 1870s, though it could be earlier. It is uniface, and around the 5, it reads 'good for five cents in trade'. I have a very strong feeling that this is a true rarity since these probably were not made in any major quantity and that not very many survived in any condition. I'm also not to sure how much value this might carry. So I am wondering if any of you could shed some expertise on this?
