Hi, I came across this quarter and the mint mark seems to have mark of another mint or metal under the Denver Mint.
Need help on this one.

Appears the original mint mark--perhaps a broken post die chip--took a circulation hit. The entire mint mark has received a fair degree of circulation wear--as has the entire coin. In my opinion, not a RPM.

Unsure what's to bee seen with the last photo--looks like a blow-up of a very low resolution image.

with ijn1944. No RPM, just a heavily worn coin. Circulation damage to MM. No premium I'm afraid.
