I already ordered my Dansco for the U.S. territories but I don't think I am going to do these....There are just too dang many new coins coming out to keep up with all of them.
I guess it will depend on the designs, if I see any that I like I may save a couple of them.

Don't forget about the Dollar Native American Coins coming out as well. With them, the quarter territories next year, starting the National Parks in 2010, the new Lincoln Cents next year, and everything else the Mint offers, they can bail out everyone in the country with the profits. Sounds like OVERKILL to me.

I'll collect them because they will be easy to obtain, but enough is enough. Back to the basics please :) This reminds me of when I collected baseball cards back when I was 10ish. They started to come out with so many varieties and I lost interest fast. It becomes more work then fun. So if I have any advice, only collect them if you want to. You know they will mint about 40 billion of each lol, so its not like they will be a rarity.
Thank god I concentrate on Lincolns :P

i will collect the proof and mint sets but that will be it unless I find a rare variety

I think that these coins are fun. I wish that the mintage numbers were lower so that they would truly be collectors items. However, they are still fun.

Well, I would hope the designs for these national parks are a lot better then the statehood's. Some of the State Quarters I just laugh at and wonder who designed those. |
