Hello!
Here is my 2008 Lincoln Obverse. The mint mark D appears doubled. Also, there is a "shadow" of the corner of his bow tie. Is this a DDO?

Thinking we'll need closer-in, large and sharp photos to better address the matter. Having said that, it's often the case with zinc cents that the mintmark is impacted by split platting, which can give the appearance of doubling.
