Vise job/Squeeze job - These terms are used in reference to coins with an incuse design impressed into the surface. Such alterations are designed to mimic a brockage,double strike or clash.
Usually these coins are made by pressing or squeezing 2 or more coins together in a vise,smashing 2 coins together with a hammer...along with many other methods to produce the same effect. These are simply post mint damage and are NOT genuine mint errors.

Here are a couple I have came across personally in circulation.






Here is a genuine example "Double struck in collar". Note the design elements are raised and not incuse. These are quite scarce and hold a nice premium.

Always the big clue that it is fake other than the mirrored devices is the wrong miss match of the dies:

Too many heads squeezed into that one.
