Hi there! So this coin is kinda soiled but it's really nice looking IMO for its age

Please share your thoughts!
What is this green crud on reverse? Can it be removed? If possible, Is it just returning in a year?

The obverse has this asymmetrical look to it. To me it looks fine but if it's just gunk or dirt, the uniformity may look better. I'm thinking it's just due to storage and nothing to be done.

Any which way I don't mind. This coin looks great in hand even with colors all over the place!

These below are with a bit less lighting

Thanks for looking!

Your coin is about VF-20 with the green being PVC contamination. It also has been cleaned at some time in its life. The "streaking" that you see that sends darker streaks through the lighter bronze color started from an incomplete wash of the coin before it left the mint. They are called "woodies" because it evidently looked like some kind of wood to someone ages ago. The coin is common and the surface condition and wear only makes it worth a buck or two.
