Dear friends,

Once again I ask everyone's help in analyzing these two coins.

They look authentic to me at first glance. However, I'm not an expert in Roman and Byzantine coins, so hopefully some of these folks will chime in. I can say that in general all requests for authenticity or identification should include weight to the nearest tenth of a gram and maximum diameter to the nearest mm. If there's a doubt about authenticity then photos of the edge are also desirable, to reveal possible evidence of casting.

thank you friend for your analysis, but as for the weight and diameter I will not be able to post, as these coins are not in my possession, however, your request is quite relevant.

The Marcus Aurelius denarius looks fine. All the wear in the right places plus metal flow lines from the strike.
