Started my routine coin checking after work pulled this guy out my pocket very first. Coin has been circulated for sure but still in great condition wondering if this is PMD or if it is actually Struck Through Grease on the reverse, your help would be much appreciated

Looks like PMD to me.

Scratches tells me it was sanded intentionally. Seems like a lot of coin murderers out there:
