Got this in my change today.

I'm leaning towards PMD.

If you can't tell by the picture, the rim appears bent or melted over and towards his head and the copper is visible.

Sort of looks like someone took something very hot to the coin.

Just want to make sure.

This time I held the camera at least two feet away and cropped it using this sites optimizer.

I'm on a budget, so best I can do.

From the photo supplied, Just PMD.
Nothing there that could happen during the striking of the coin.
