The devices on the outer ring are incuse. There are no DDR listings on this area at all. They are Machine Doubling. The DDR's are located in the centers of the designs on these single squeeze dies post 2000. With the devices incuse, the MD alters the date before/during/after the strike.
Are the rules for raised and incuse devices different on doubled dies and Machine Doubling?
