Lots of steps too!

Front indent looks like one of the plants on a dime though so idk what to make of this.

If it's all damage, how did they intentionally make the left and right side different post mint?

You see the pillars are different right, How does this happen intentionally out of curiosity?

All of the pillars are extremely damaged, I'm sure before the damage it looked like a normal Lincoln cent. It's definitely PMD.

@mze, I think that if you overlay the reverse of this coin over a mint state LMC reverse, you will see that the Various columns and rooflines of the Lincoln Memorial line up. I agree that the abraded part in the middle makes it look a bit like they are offset.
