The Horses Rein is almost Gone.and CaeserRodneys hand is missing And it looks like the horses eye is missing?.. Wondering is this considered a Filled Die

Looks like a deep polishing that weakened the rider area. I've seen this before, but I can't find the image I'm looking for right now.
