2019 Nickel Error? Large Amount Of Front/Back Missing. Lower Digit Of Date.

Came across a 2019 Nickel.

At first I thought the coin was grinded until I noticed that the '1' digit of the date is way lower than it normally is.

And the back shows incomplete/missing parts of the normal background.

Thoughts?



Here is a zoomed in pic of the date.
Notice the 1 is much lower than the 9

can't be certain without pics in focus, it could be Struck Through Grease, but more likely damage given that the rim shows damage
