Sharper pics would help, but guessing this might be a pair of "broken post" die chips in the letter "B".

With the single, somewhat low resolution image, I believe I'm seeing die chip(s) in the B. Could be a smoothed circulation hit on the B. Full, large and sharp photos might tell us more.

Picture is too pixilated to see anything clearly and your
not describing what your seeing. I would think that what
Coinfrog is saying is as good a guess as any.
When posting, always include a complete photo of both sides.
