I did a comparison of your coin with a known overdate/variety graded by PCGS and a standard 1933 half penny from Museums Victoria. https://collections.museumsvictoria.../items/57452

At first glance your coin looks more like the PCGS than the Museums Victoria but as both 3's on your coin appear to be thicker it's hard to know. Maybe it's just the result of wear, keeping in mind that the PCGS coin has a MS64BN grading?
My main concern is that the '3' your coin doesn't appear to be wide enough on the front of the top curve but maybe this is due to lighting.
Closer examination with a loupe might provide some certainty.
