Hey folks is this a miscut? The right side of the bill is noticeable different from the left. What do you guys think and if so should I grade it?

For a "print misalignment" to be worth collecting as an "error note", it needs to be so far out of alignment that there are details of the actual printing that are missing, and/or details from an adjacent note that spilled across. A slight mis-alignment like this is not particularly noteworthy or worth a premium. And the condition of this note makes it not worth slabbing as a standard, non-error note.

Just a poorly centered note.
