Very strong clashes. Right under VICTORIA's nose there is the T from CENT.
The last digit in the date is a good place for a quick look to find that throat clash. On 1881's Jack Griffin noted this as did Hans Zoell. It was called 'a line' and 'a recut' but it was actually the clash of the throat. Sometimes you see the chin/throat joint in the clash. That's what is visible just above the 8.
