Hi all, found something unusual in a local shopping centre: a 1994-D Lincoln Cent.

What's so unusual about that, you may ask?

It was found on the ground in the carpark of the Carlingford Court shopping centre, in Carlingford. A suburb of Sydney, Australia. I've never found an American coin just sitting on the ground before.

It's a long way from home.

I'm always amazed by the forign coins I find roll hunting, but I have definitely never found a random forign coin from so far away just laying on the ground, neat find. Roll hunting I assume I just find someones old vacation money.

Fun find!
Check the reverse, extra Memorial columns can be found in the last two Memorial bays.
