Nothing that I would get excited about. A spec of dirt probably got caught on the numbering machine and picked up a bit of ink. There would be others printed the same until the dirt released from the machine.
It's more interesting than what some people try to pass off as an "error" on eBay, but I agree with the others that it probably isn't going to fetch much of a premium. I'd be tempted to throw it in a currency sleeve and stick it in the back of my album (since it only costs a buck).
