Top left corner and bottom right corner

The top left "O" is the plate position letter and the right lower "O3" is the face plate number.

This chart shows where the letter O would have been on an 18-subject sheet.

Yes it's a common bill. In crisp uncirculated they are around $10-$20, in the condition yours is in, a few dollars at the most ($3-$4)
