Not going to find proofs or gems in $10 rolls of silver quarters. Even if you bought an unsearched original roll of MS quarters at blue book value $400 plus I would think depending on year the chances of finding a gem one in the roll would be very slim.
Edit - not looking, see that now.
Did a quick search on ebay. Found a couple rolls sold of uncirculated rolls around $300. Melt value on a roll is around $160. I think your best bet would be what others have suggested and go to a local coin shop and search their junk silver bins. Pick out ones you like. The thing is they will just be melt value coins. If you want above average you will need to pay a premium.
