I'll say EF-40, possibly 45.

Man, those dies were hammered. Look at that obverse rim crumbling up above her head (S4-S8)

Not sure on the color -- that is a bit odd -- but nice AU sharpness. Lots of scattered contact marks.

I'd be good at AU53.

I question the color a bit. Possibly an old dip that was lightly handled after and retoned. AU50 sharpness
