I have a feeling I already know what the responses are going to be but because "IT" didn't click as much as I thought it had, I'm posting for expertise opinion. I see doubling on earlobe and the east side of "TY" Thanks for looking!
The ear does not appear to be doubled, that feature does not follow the contour and has straight lines as opposed to the nice curvature of the real ear. It is also not raised above the ear but rather it steps down. In addition, there is no listing for a doubled ear for 1982 Philly cent. Check out this link: http://goccf.com/t/421042#3621789
