It looks like Whitman makes the H.E. Harris folders. What's the difference between the Whitman folders and the Harris folders? Are they made from different materials? Is one more upscale than the other?

Six in one hand, half-dozen in the other.

I have never seen the Harris folders up close, but in pictures they look like the same thing in a different colour.

I am sure others have seen both and can make a comment.
