MS-64+ from luster and marks I would say.

But the black spot near the nose is unfortunate. And residue of some substance (acid dip?) visible for ex. at the date numerals.

MS 64 for me also. Nose bleed, cut above the eye, small dings on the cheek and milk spots around the date keep this one from MS65.
