Okay this is the third time I've tried this please just tell me if you see what I see in the maya angelou quarter I've never seen this before and I hope that it's a new type

Please post full images of both sides of your coin. It's hard to tell if anything is going on with a really tight closeup like this.

These photos aren't really good enough to say anything definitive, but I can say that it's extremely unlikely based on the way single squeeze doubled dies are produced. In order to get this type of doubling, the doubled design element would typically need to be 1. At the center of the design, and 2. The highest relief element in the area of the coin in which it's located. The eye you're looking at here is neither of those.

A DDO on this design would be on the ear area, rather than on the eye.

With area affected, there might not be a DDO as the cross hairs on the the fields. But time will tell if that will/will not happen.
