This one has an extra eyelid and RPM.
Eyelid resembles either CC# 1DO-024 of VV# DDO-005.

Just wondering what you think about the 963 of the date?

. I just went thru some 63's and I think you may have come upon one of those eyebrow varieties. I found none.
Check out your other resources and whittle it down.
I usually put stuff like this in the question mark tube and come back another day and keep on looking.
When another time day comes, you should pick up on
why it went in that ? tube, as you have learned a bit more since then and continued to move forward.
Patience is a virtue in this endeavor.

Thanks @Dowhat.
I do about the same with those coins.
It's been awhile for this one. The eyelid and RPM was figured out.
The question about the date was to look at later.
You're right about patience.
It's been maybe two years setting in a flip.

I like what you have pointed out on the 9 and 6, for possible hub doubling, it's going in the same direction as the eyelid but what is going on with the 3 is in a different direction, maybe remnants from polishing.

Sorry Silvio. I'm not home for a few weeks but these are a couple other ones that looks maybe clearer. Hope they'll work better for you.

Thanks Jon.
I'm thinking you're right about the 3.

Definitely a class 4 DDO regarding the eye, Dont want to say for certain on the 96.
Referencing the rpm, I dont see anything but possible damage.
