I was looking at the 2018 D dime and it was agreed that the coin was somehow damaged post minting. I dug through my jewelry box and found a 2018 D dime I had and it looks almost identical to the one in the post. I'm a new member here, my first post, and have hot been able to get the pictures of my dime to post. I'm not very computer smart. Could email the pictures I took to anyone that would like to compare them with the ones in the post. My question is if dime in the post was damaged by abuse after being minted how is it possible I have a 2018 D dime that looks almost identical. Just curious and looking for an answer. Thank you in advance.
