No distinguishing features? Edward VII and Saint George (even if a cartoonish version)?

The diameter and the weight are also distinguishing features.

What are they?

I don't have equipment to determine weight but the diameter is about 2.2 cm

This looks like a reproduction of an Edward VII sovereign made for cheap jewellry. I've seen similar ones in dealers' junk trays all over the UK.
