has anyone else come acrossthe ENTIRE USMINT set and all were DDO including the S Penny ?

Not going to happen. The doubling is on individual dies.Chances of that is not going to happen. It is rare to find a doubled die on both sides of a coin. Machine Doubling is more common to find on both sides of the coin.
