1985 Solid Copper Penny?

I have what I believe to be a 1985 penny that weighs 3.08 grams.
The penny is in real bad shape but I was hoping anyone out there
could help in a) confirming the date and b) why the heck it weighs 3.08?!
Could it be super rare and worth some cash?

As mentioned, it is a damaged date coin. (1975 coin) Normal weight is 3.11 grams for that year.

, It looks like 1975 . A 1985 copper would not be feasible .
