I've got two 1964 pennies that seem to be different varieties.
I'm no expert so I thought it would be smart to check with the community before the coin shop.

Nope. The SMS examples were struck twice.



Note the fresh die state on these. Also a strong reverse Marker:


There were put in special sets that was given to mint works. (these would not be spent and not found in change)

CoopHome: Would SMS cents be found in circulation on the 1964 cents? probably not. But these are in very early die states and were limited to certain on getting these. So they would not be spent as change. Die state and markers would be seen on these.
