Reverse is VF. Obverse is F. Has either some splotchy terminal toning or something got onto it to discolour it in a different way. Either way that's a little distracting. I would grade it in the F12-15 range and note that it is not particularly nice in general appearance.

I also don't tend to touch even the rims on silver coins normally, but with this one, at the point it's at in it's life, I don't think there's much you can do to it to make anything worse just by touching it. :)

Don't know about you, but I never use gloves handing common circulated coins like this.
