
In hand and under 5X loupe it looks better than the 67 to me. AS I try to improve my grading skills, I always hit a snag at this point. Getting a 67 from PCGS of dates before 1965 is very hard. I think PCGS is very conservative about protecting their population of 67 coins, so submitting 3 coins of the same date would be next to impossible to receive more than one 67 (it's only a thought) and a 66+ is pretty good
