1983 Washington Quarter Error Coin Help Needed

If so, then it is definitely worth protecting in a 2x2. The right side of the obverse design rim shows collar clash. I seem to detect a light clash mark to the left of the eagle's neck. Error coin writer and researcher. Report this Post to the Staff
